Day Three Begins at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park

The final day of the Meet Geelong and The Bellarine Mega Famil began with Victorian Bus Charters collecting guests from their accommodation before travelling to one of Victoria's most iconic luxury estates, Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park.

Surrounded by ten acres of beautifully manicured English gardens and located within the historic Werribee Park precinct, the venue provided a fitting setting to commence the final day of the famil.

Guests were welcomed with a guided site inspection, exploring the hotel's diverse range of event spaces and discovering why the property continues to be a sought-after destination for conferences, executive retreats, gala dinners and incentive programs.

Offering 91 luxury accommodation rooms, 11 versatile meeting and event spaces, conference capacity for up to 140 delegates in theatre configuration and events for up to 300 guests, Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park provides planners with the flexibility to host everything from intimate executive meetings through to large-scale corporate functions.

Beyond the hotel itself, the expansive Werribee Park grounds further elevate the venue's appeal. Having previously hosted major concerts and music festivals, the estate offers the scale and versatility to accommodate significant outdoor events and bespoke experiences, creating opportunities rarely found within traditional conference venues.

Following the site tour, guests gathered in the Pavilion for a beautifully curated high tea breakfast experience.

Over tea and coffee, attendees enjoyed an abundant selection of freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit and gourmet breakfast offerings before choosing from a selection of cooked breakfast dishes prepared to order.

The relaxed morning provided the perfect opportunity for guests to continue conversations, reflect on the experiences of the previous two days and appreciate another outstanding venue within the region's diverse business events portfolio.

Following breakfast at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park, our Mega Famil officially came to a close. Guests boarded Victorian Bus Charters for the final transfer to Southern Cross Station, where they continued their journeys home after three inspiring days immersed in Geelong and The Bellarine's business events offering.

Over the course of the famil, 38 event planners and media representatives experienced the breadth of what our region has to offer - from world-class conference and event venues, premium accommodation and unique offsite experiences, to exceptional food and wine, immersive incentive activities and the passionate local operators who bring it all together.
