The Professional Conference Organisers Association (PCOA) will hold its 2026 Conference in Geelong and The Bellarine, with the event hosted at the region’s newest landmark, Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre. Meet Geelong and The Bellarine worked closely with PCOA to secure the conference, which is expected to attract over 500 delegates from across Australia and New Zealand and generate an estimated $815,000 in economic flow-on to the local region.

PCOA, a leading industry association representing professional conference organisers, provides education, networking, and advocacy for business events professionals. The biennial conference is a cornerstone of the association’s calendar, bringing together venue managers, event planners, and industry leaders to share knowledge, explore innovation, and celebrate excellence in the business events sector.

 
 

Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre, opening in 2026, will redefine regional business events. Situated on the edge of Corio Bay, the world-class venue will feature 3,700 square metres of flexible event space, a 1,000-seat theatre, and a 200-room Crowne Plaza Geelong Hotel on site.
