Take your team out of the office and onto the water with Royal Geelong Yacht Club’s exciting corporate sailing experience. Perfect for team-building days or incentive programs, this on-water adventure is designed to inspire teamwork, boost communication, and deliver plenty of fun.
About the Experience
Sail on RGYC’s state-of-the-art RS21 keelboats - safe, stable, and made for collaboration. Each yacht accommodates four participants plus a skipper, with up to five boats sailing at once. While one group of 24 takes to the water, another group can relax and network in the exclusive waterfront entertaining area, before swapping over. This format allows up to 48 guests to enjoy the experience in seamless rotation.
No prior sailing experience is required - just a sense of adventure. Expert skippers guide every crew, ensuring everyone gets hands-on and works together to navigate Geelong’s spectacular Corio Bay.
From Dock to Drinks
After the racing wraps, celebrate your team’s success with waterfront views and tailored hospitality. RGYC offers custom food and beverage packages, post-sail private function spaces, and the perfect atmosphere to toast the day’s winners or wind down with colleagues.
