While you won’t be picking the ingredients yourself, you’ll observe and learn about the unique produce of the land and sea that inspires every dish. Chef Mike will share the TARRA philosophy of “Simple things done well”, explain the different types of foraging, and highlight his passion for using every part of produce - like creating a strawberry-top vinegar that transforms into a dessert element.
Back at TARRA’s private events space, the experience continues with an interactive cooking demonstration, giving guests insight into how the day’s ingredients are transformed into extraordinary dishes. The journey concludes with a tasting of multiple exquisite dishes, accompanied by a welcome drink and optional local wine pairings to showcase the best of the region’s flavours.
