Sunrise Hot Air Ballooning Over Geelong & The Bellarine

We begin early, meeting 1½ hours before dawn at The Rydges Geelong (Myers St & Gheringhap St), with start times varying from 4:00 am to 6:00 am depending on the season.

We’ll transport you to our launch site, where you can join in the balloon preparations—a fun, interactive experience that takes about 30 minutes. Our take-off locations adapt to the wind, providing stunning views of the Bellarine Peninsula, the city, or nearby areas like Murgheboluc and Bannockburn.

As you ascend gently into the sky, embrace the tranquillity of ballooning, where reflection and appreciation take precedence over adrenaline. Expect to spend 3 to 4 hours with us, prioritising your enjoyment and safety throughout the experience. To complete this luxurious adventure, enjoy a champagne toast on landing.

Following your flight, we will transport you back to The Rydges, where you can enjoy a delicious sparkling wine breakfast to add a final touch of luxury.
