The Q Train Launches Multilingual Travel Booking App and Wins Tourism Restaurant Award

Exciting news from The Q Train! The award-winning dining experience has launched a world-first app that takes its journey to the next level. Available in seven languages, the app has been designed with international visitors and corporate groups in mind, making it easier than ever to immerse yourself in Victoria’s only dedicated restaurant train. More than just a booking tool, the app enhances the Q Train experience with interactive features, maps, and insights that bring the Bellarine journey to life before you even step onboard.

Available for free on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, the app includes:

• Full menus so you can plan your dining experience in advance

• An audio guide to enhance your journey

• A journey map with points of interest, available in seven languages, perfect for international visitors

“It’s a cool new tool that brings the Q Train experience to your fingertips,” said the Q Train team. “We’re thrilled with how it allows guests to explore the region with ease and adds extra layers of discovery to their journey.

Adding to the celebration, Q Train was also recognised for its excellence at the 2025 Victoria & Tasmania - Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence, winning in the Tourism Restaurant category. The award reflects the team’s dedication to exceptional hospitality, innovative dining, and creating unforgettable experiences for visitors.

The team celebrated the win with Victorian Minister for Tourism, Steve Dimopoulos, alongside Front of House Manager Jayden Tom, Venue Manager Daniel Trotter, Head Chef Sean Street, and Apprentice Chef Vincent Lott.
